How can I help you?
You've built (or are building) a hardware product, but the software side is holding you back.
Maybe you have a working hardware prototype but need an app to make it usable. Maybe your hardware engineer cobbled together something that works but has weird bugs you can't track down. You know what you want the software to do, but you just can't build it yourself.
When you do start looking for help, you quickly hit the same wall most hardware founders face: most software developers don't understand hardware (and to be real they're not that into it either).
They can't tell if a problem is in the hardware or their code and will keep the hardware at arm's length. When something acts up, they'll assume it's the hardware and that there is nothing they can do. And when things don't work together, you're left holding the bag, trying to mediate between hardware and software.
That's where I'm different.
I'm a full-stack web and mobile developer with more than 15 years of experience, but I also understand hardware. I know physics is messy, re-spins happen, and sometimes you need to break out the soldering iron to keep thing moving forward.
What I build
- Web and mobile applications that connect to your hardware such as dashboards, control interfaces, data visualization, user management.
- Backend systems that handle device communication, real-time data processing, and API integration.
I work with modern, maintainable frameworks and build systems that won't cost a fortune to run or require a full team to merely keep alive.
I don't believe in lock-in, so you will own everything: full source code, ownership of infrastructure, complete documentation. When you're ready to hire in-house, you can take over seamlessly without starting from scratch.
Ready to move your product forward?
Can I help with hardware too?
Yes. For early-stage projects, I can also handle some hardware and firmware work, designing custom PCBs and producing small runs (5-50 units) to show investors or test with users. But my main strength is software, and that's where I add the most value.
Who am I?
Hi, I’m Cindy.
I'm a full-stack web and mobile developer with more than 15 years of experience building production software across frontend, backend, and mobile, focusing on systems that are practical, maintainable, and built to evolve.
I like early stage projects the most, helping turn ideas into usable products without overbuilding.
Alongside my software work, I have a background in electrical engineering and have continued building hardware for fun over the years. I design and assemble small custom PCBs, write firmware, and build sensor-driven systems and automation projects.
